سُورَةُ التِّينِ
بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِیمِ
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
بِّسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِیمِ وَٱلتِّینِ وَٱلزَّیۡتُونِ (۱)
CONSIDER the fig and the olive,
وَطُورِ سِینِینَ (۲)
and Mount Sinai,
وَهَـٰذَا ٱلۡبَلَدِ ٱلۡأَمِینِ (۳)
and this land secure!
لَقَدۡ خَلَقۡنَا ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنَ فِیۤ أَحۡسَنِ تَقۡوِیمࣲ (۴)
Verily, We create man in the best conformation;
ثُمَّ رَدَدۡنَـٰهُ أَسۡفَلَ سَـٰفِلِینَ (۵)
and thereafter We reduce him to the lowest of low
إِلَّا ٱلَّذِینَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ فَلَهُمۡ أَجۡرٌ غَیۡرُ مَمۡنُونࣲ (۶)
excepting only such as attain to faith and do good works: and theirs shall be a reward unending!
فَمَا یُكَذِّبُكَ بَعۡدُ بِٱلدِّینِ (۷)
What, then, [O man,] could henceforth cause thee to give the lie to this moral law?
أَلَیۡسَ ٱللَّهُ بِأَحۡكَمِ ٱلۡحَـٰكِمِینَ (۸)
Is not God the most just of judges?
